The service

Agent Terminal is a desktop app for Windows and macOS and a mobile device app that let your mobile device open and control terminals running on your computer. The free plan covers one computer on a private network. Away from it, the free plan may connect through public relays run by a third party, n0, as our privacy policy describes; we do not provide, control or guarantee that remote access, and it may be slow, interrupted or unavailable. Pro adds remote access through our dedicated hosted relays, for the computers and mobile devices your plan covers.

Your account

You need an account only for Pro and its trial. Keep access to your email and sign-in methods secure: anyone who can sign in as you can connect your devices to your plan. You are responsible for the computers you connect and for what is run on them.

The trial

The trial is the first 2 weeks of Pro monthly, for $0.99, once per account (and, in the Android app, once per Google account). In the iPhone app it is the first month of Pro monthly, for $0.99, once per Apple ID. It is a subscription from the start: when the trial ends, Pro renews at its monthly price and is charged automatically unless you cancel before then, in Google Play, in the App Store or from your account page, wherever you bought it. If you cancel, access to our dedicated relays stops when the trial ends and nothing more is charged.

Subscriptions

Pro is a subscription, monthly or annual, sold on our website by 4 Nuva or in the app through Google Play or the App Store, which is the seller of purchases made in the app and sets their price in your country. It renews until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access to our dedicated relays continues to the end of the period you paid for. If a renewal payment fails, access to our relays ends 7 days after the failure unless the payment succeeds. Changing to a larger plan applies immediately and is prorated; changing to a smaller one applies at the end of the current period. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice before your next renewal.

Refunds

See our refund policy. A payment refunded in full or disputed ends access to our dedicated relays when the refund is made. A cancelled annual plan refunded in part, as the refund policy describes, keeps access to our dedicated relays to the end of the current month.

Acceptable use

Don’t use our dedicated relays, or the public relays the free plan uses, to attack, scan or reach systems you are not authorised to use; to send spam; to carry traffic unrelated to your own terminals at a volume that degrades the service for others; or to get around a plan’s limits, the one-trial rule, or a suspension. We may suspend an account that does, and will tell you why.

Availability and support

We work to keep our dedicated relays available but do not promise uninterrupted service, and there is no service-level agreement. The public relays the free plan uses are run by n0, not by us, with no uptime guarantee; we have no control of them, and only recent versions of the app can use them. If a relay is down, private network access keeps working.

Liability

The software is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by commands run in your terminals, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time. We may end the service with at least 90 days’ notice and a prorated refund of any prepaid period.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
